As the year comes to a close I find myself looking towards the new year and reflecting on the year that has been. Reflection is always good once you can retain the positive from it and learn from what could have been better. Growth occurs when a situation is given the fullest consideration.

Before, during and after.

The past can be the foundation for the future once you have a healthy and strong perspective.

I say strong in that, you must be capable of being practical about experiences.

When you hold on to what has hurt you. It prevents progress and works towards inhibiting your happiness and success.

Recognizing the event as it is, what it was and how you can journey through your life.

Is the better focus to obtain.

Seeing yourself successful in the near future may appear difficult or impossible.

But, once you truly visualize where you want to be conditions manifest themselves.

Small significant changes can bring about massive positive outcomes.
